Before you pick a plan
What do I get on the free tier?
Scammer join alerts in log-only mode, every chat filter type with a cap of 10 actions a day, CAPTCHA verification, activity logging, and a limited set of allowlist entries. It is real protection for a growing server, not a trial.
What happens when I hit the free tier cap?
Filtering pauses for the rest of the day and your log channel gets a one-time notice with an upgrade link. The cap resets at midnight UTC.
Do I need the crypto features?
No. Crypto address filters are a module you switch on per server. Gaming servers, brand communities, and creator hubs run Daxeon with the module off and lose nothing.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
The server drops back to Free. Daxeon stays in place, your configuration and scammer records are kept, and renewing restores everything.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, at any time. The new billing cycle starts immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
Everything Stripe supports in your region, which covers credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most local methods.
How do I upgrade?
Open the dashboard, sign in with Discord, pick the server you want to cover, and choose a plan. The paid features unlock on that server once checkout completes.
How do I cancel?
Whenever you like. Access runs to the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then the server returns to Free.
Do I need a plan for each server?
Yes. Plans are bought per server, so you only pay for the communities that need cover. The free tier is available to every server at no cost.
